Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Masuta Kitchen account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your unused kitchenware in its original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
